How to submit a request
- Email us from the address associated with your Saiog account.
- Use the subject “Saiog account and data deletion request.”
- Include your in-game name or account identifier if you know it.
- Complete any reasonable identity-verification step we send you. Never send a password or full payment-card number.
What will be deleted
After verification, we will delete or anonymize account profile data, authentication links under our control, gameplay data associated with your identity, and support records that are no longer required.
What may be retained
Some records may be retained where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Records retained for those purposes remain restricted and are deleted or anonymized when the applicable obligation ends.
Purchases and Google Play
Deleting a Saiog account does not delete your Google account or Google Play purchase history. Those records are controlled by Google and are subject to Google's own retention and account controls.
