1. Agreement
By downloading, accessing, or using Saiog, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to accept these Terms in your country. If you are under the age of legal majority, a parent or guardian must review and accept them for you. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
3. Limited license
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Saiog for entertainment in accordance with these Terms. The game, artwork, software, names, and related content remain owned by Saiog or its licensors.
4. Fair play
You may not cheat, automate gameplay, exploit bugs, interfere with servers, harass other players, impersonate others, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use Saiog for unlawful activity. Please report serious exploits instead of abusing them.
5. Virtual content and purchases
Virtual content is licensed, not sold, and has no cash value outside the game. Purchases made through Google Play are also subject to Google Play's payment and refund terms. Features, prices, and availability may change where permitted by law.
6. Availability and updates
Online play depends on devices, networks, and servers outside our complete control. We may update, balance, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain, secure, or improve Saiog. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
7. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect players or the service, comply with law, investigate abuse, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using Saiog and request deletion of your account at any time.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Saiog is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Our liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service or applicable rules change. Material changes will be communicated when required. Continuing to use Saiog after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
