The game will not connect

Confirm that your device is online, close and reopen Saiog, and install any pending update from Google Play. If the problem continues, send us the app version and the time it happened.

My purchase is missing

Restart the game while signed into the same Google Play account used for the purchase. Do not send payment-card details. Include the Google Play order ID when contacting support.

The screen orientation is wrong

Saiog battles are designed for landscape. Disable any system orientation lock, rotate the device, and reopen the match screen.

I found a bug or exploit

Tell us what you expected, what happened, and the shortest sequence that reproduces it. Screenshots or a short recording are helpful. Please do not abuse an exploit in live matches.
